Lamorna

​We have set up Lamorna to be your home from home, albeit by the sea and surrounded by the wonderful Tregenna gardens! 

​

Lamorna is a contemporary open plan apartment within the grounds of Tregenna Castle. It has a bright and airy lounge with a large L-shaped sofa, coffee table and TV unit. The sofa gets full on sun during the day and is great for a snooze. The TV is equipped with Netflix and AppleTV both of which are set up using Lamorna's account. Great for a cosy evening in or simply entertaining the little ones. There is also a Bose Bluetooth speaker and DVD/Blu-Ray player and of course broadband with free Wi-Fi. You'll also find the Nest thermostat on the TV unit which allows us to make sure Lamorna is nice an warm for your arrival as well as giving you the control to set the temperature to your liking.

The dinning area has a round table with four chairs with double doors opening on to the patio and gardens. An additional two fold-away chairs are stored in the master bedroom cupboard, should you need them. The patio area has a six seater wooden picnic table and looks out to the gardens complete with palm trees found in this sub-tropical climate.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and open plan to the lounge diner. We constantly get comments thanking us for going that extra mile and that its the 'little things' which make the difference.

The apartment has two bedrooms each with zip and link beds, configurable to either two Singles or a SuperKing. Note that the photo's above show our old beds and not the the new zip and link beds. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes and two bed side tables with alarm clock/charging. In addition both bedrooms' power sockets have USB charging. An ironing board, iron and small safe are located in the master bedroom wardrobe and a hair dryer is located in the bedside table. It can get quite warm in St Ives so each bedroom has its own fan.
