The Visit Britain / Visit England industry standard & consumer mark
  • Do you have the Visit Britain / Visit England 'We're Good to Go' standard?
    Yes, we have been approved and proudly display the mark. ‘We’re Good To Go’ has been unveiled as a nationwide industry standard and consumer mark to provide a ‘ring of confidence’ for domestic tourism as the sector reopens in July. The mark demonstrates that businesses are adhering to respective government and public health guidance, have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and checked that they have the required processes in place.

  • What is your cleaning procedure?
    The well-being of our guests is always at the forefront of our minds and, following the Coronavirus outbreak, this has become even more important. We are following all up to date environmental health department guidelines when cleaning and preparing the accommodation and have joined the Visit Britain 'Stay Safe' charter mark campaign. The Cornish Escapes housekeeping team have a cleaning regime in line with government guidelines, which will mean changeovers will now take longer. What this means to you is that check-in times will be later and check-out earlier. The latest Government information can be found on the Public Health England COVID-19 website.
